Maintenance Plan Packages
The Technical Support Maintenance Plan offered by Digital Rez Software entitles you to direct toll free access to our technicians during regular business hours (7:00 am to 5:00 pm PST, Monday to Friday) and Emergency after hours support if you have a problem with a supported product that prevents you from conducting business.Call center staff answer your emergency calls and provide the details of your emergency to the on call technician, who then contacts you directly.
The Maintenance Plan also entitles you to all Updates and Upgrades at no extra cost and gets you 20% off standard Add-Ins.
Payment of Maintenance Dues
Digital Rez is constantly upgrading its’ systems to keep pace with the ever-changing operating systems and now, with the stringent requirements as laid down by the PCI council (https://www.pcisecuritystandards.org/) for credit card data security standards. These continued upgrades are only made possible through the payment of maintenance fees which we use to enhance the product and provide valuable support. For this reason we are introducing the following fees for late payment of maintenance:
- If a maintenance plan is not renewed on or before the anniversary date there will be a $75 reconnection fee
- If a maintenance plan is not renewed within 3 months of the anniversary date, there will be a $125 reconnection fee
- If a maintenance plan is not renewed after 3 months of the anniversary date, there will be a $200 reconnection fee
