British Columbia, Canada, July 7,2000 - Digital Rez Software Corp. announced completion of a project to provide a comprehensive Reservation, PMS and Client Resource Management system for Philadelphia-based ARAMARK Corp.

British Columbia, Canada - July 7, 2000 - Digital Rez Software Corp. announced completion of a project to provide a comprehensive Reservation, PMS and Client Resource Management system for Philadelphia-based ARAMARK Corp. ARAMARK installed the Digital Rez ROS2000 system, an integrated reservation/property management application, at the Denali Parks Resort, located near Mount McKinley in Alaska's Denali National Park.

ROS2000 provides centralized call center software to the ARAMARK, Anchorage offices, integrated with 80 end user stations at sites providing Property Management Services throughout the Denali National Park over a wide area network (WAN) using a variety of telecommunications media including frame relay, wireless and copper dial-up riding on Internet Protocol networking technology.

ROS2000 tracks availability and inventory for all locations, managing accommodation bookings for 600+ units in four hotels/lodges and several campgrounds, tour reservations and assignments on 80 buses and numerous rafting tours and ticketing requirements for events, dinner theater and other activities. The most remote locations are 80 miles from the call center in Anchorage.

The program will handle bulk, electronic reservation manifests received from wholesalers and agents including Holland America and Gray Line Tours, as well as bookings from 160 associated travel agents and individual travelers.

ARAMARK anticipates that ROS2000 will process 250,000 bookings t Denali in the four month, year 2000 season. The project began in December 1999 and was completed in time for the opening day in early May 2000.

In 2001, Digital Rez will implement its currently available Rez Robot technology for ARAMARK, allowing surfing customers to make their own online, real-time reservations via the Web.
