Digital Rez is proud to announce the implementation of it's revolutionary Rez Robot Allocation Servers have been met with praise after more than a year in operation.

Tourism Victoria - (www.tourismvictoria.com) has been using the Rez Robot Allocation Server for one year. During this time, we have added over 130 accommodation and activity member businesses to the system and have experienced a significant rise in booking and ticketing activity for our organization. For example, we have sold over 40,000 admission tickets for a blockbuster museum exhibit in Victoria as well as a significant number of accommodation packages for this event.

The system enables Tourism Victoria to promote and sell member business products via our website and reservation call centre using a central, "real time" database. We also have the ability to print tickets at remote locations by tapping into the central database.

In addition, we have been able to create pre-bundled packages comprised of accommodation and non-accommodation products (e.g. activities and transportation) with a single price point. This feature has provided a welcomed service for visitors and has generated additional revenue for the destination.
